The Winter Solstice is a time to pause, reflect and retreat in order to create space for deep knowing that is ours to find during this dark time of the year.
This day is designed to help cultivate strength, power and willingness to find answers to the questions life is asking us to answer now. We will spend time in celebration, reflecting, journaling, meditating, communing with nature and nourishing ourselves.
